ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL BRAZIL 2008

30/01/09 - After 10 years’ consecration of Miami Ultra Music Festival as one of the largest world Festival of DJ and electronic music, first Brazilian edition took place with success in Belo Horizonte in last November 2008.

Powersoft, after the big success of this year in Miami with DAS Aero system, has replicated it by powering the sound systems for a ten hours music’s full immersion in front of an audience of 10.000 people thanks to the extraordinary power of K-series. Artists performing in such event were DJs Carl Cox, Erick Morillo, Benny Benassi, Tocadisco, Booka Shade, Yves Larock, Vitor Calderone and Fedd Reads Grand among the others.

Totally, 40 K units were on, mixed between K6 and K10 models, providing a maximum power of 336.000 watts!

Touring Company providing sound to the event was NLS of Campinas, one of best customers of SOMTEC, Powersoft partner in Brazil. In agreement with Ricardo Delgallo, NLS owner, Powersoft amplifiers powered the whole 48 boxes Line array with 2x12" speakers + 2 Drivers, 24 sub-line, 4 top Center and 8 mini-line, reaching the considerable number of 84 sub-woofers of 1200 watts.
