25/05/09 - 20 years working in the organisation of parties and events and the representation of remarkable audio and light brands throughout Brazil, SOMTEC could not be left out of the largest event of sound engineering-AES BRAZIL 2009.

In this edition, SOMTEC will introduce several innovations. Among them, new POWERSOFT products recently launched at PL&S Frankfurt 2009 will arrive in the national market and will be displayed in the stand where visitors will also enjoy of the chance of testing them.

First one is New K2, arrived to increase the K-Light Powersoft family, a professional amplifier studied to satisfy the professional users' demands in both rental and fixed installations’ markets.

Another good news of SOMTEC is that Powersoft's new Remote Control Software, named Audio Suite, is finally available for K, Q, D, QTU and K-Light families.
The new Installation I-Series is designed to meet the most stringent requirements of professional users in Professional fixed installations.
Their “DueCanali” amplifiers are equipped with balanced, 3 pin Phoenix type connectors, analog and digital main and auxiliary inputs, outputs on 2 paralleled Phoenix type 2 pin connectors.
The installation amplifiers will shortly comply with EN60849 standards.
The version of two channels is already available, while multichannels version will complete the series further on this year.

>D-Cell504, New class D module for professional applications is already available for use in several different applications.
